The house is located in the district of Bellestar, or Ballestar, in the heart of the Tinença de Benifassà natural park. It is a rural house with charming views of the valley and surrounded by mountains. It is a semi-detached house with three rooms and other multipurpose spaces that can be configured as a play area, reading area or as an additional room.
In the immediate vicinity there are different short-distance trails for walks in the mountains, routes for longer excursions on foot or by mountain bike, the Sénia river where you can bathe, the Ulldecona reservoir where you can take a boat, the Cistercian Convent or the mountains of Benifassà. Two kilometers away is Pobla de Benifassà, where there is the greatest offer in the area in restaurants and services (swimming pool available in summer). Near Ballestar there are other towns such as Fredes, Boixar, Castell de Cabres or Morella and on the coast, 33 kilometers away, the Delta del Ebre, Peníscola or Vinaròs.v
