About this house rental
Located in Alcanar beach (Costa Dorada) .At the beach side of Maricel and Bahia Alfacs. The house is in a resort with pool and garden of 3000 m2 where children can play ...The property has private parking for two cars. It has a large terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers for the pool.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, a toilet and a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine).
On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace overlooking the beach, two bedrooms with two beds each and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a garret with wooden ceiling, a double bed, with large desk, sofa bed and stereo and overlooking the bay.
Service supermarket 1 km in the homes of alcanar. The dining area is excellent.

The location and house is top. The swiming pool and the sea are close and great. Had a great Time with my familly.The house had 2 air conditionner, one is not Working and the second was not strong.The house was not well equiped: no cafe, Salt, platic bags, plattic and aluminium wrap, paper towel, shampooing. (Bring yours or must Buy the First Day). Stores are in driving distance from the house.The oven was not Working.The internet connection is not strong. IT needs repeaters to Cover the 3 floors.The sink in the small bathroom was liking.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious house near the sea. The house was very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and two good bathrooms. Communication with the owner was very friendly. He gave us a lot of touristic tips about the area. A very good bonus for us was the use of the common pool and garden. Because it wasn’t full holiday season yet, we had it mostly to ourselves. A peaceful stop during our road trip through Spain. There is a road behind the house, from the master bedroom at the front of the house you couldn’t hear the noise of the traffic, at the rear of the house a little more, but not too disturbing. It was a good stay in a comfortable home.
