- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

This was a great location for our family of four. It was about a 4-5 min walk in either direction to the Metro (which is SO easy to use). There are multiple food options nearby - Thai Treasure was our favorite. We had to uber to the nearest grocery store - trader joe's. There are e-scooters too if you can handle the purchase on one.
The beds are firm. The couch can act as a bed. The kitchen is very sparsely outfitted. It doesn't inspire cooking which is kinda the whole point of getting a place with a kitchen. There wasn't even a pan for lasagna/brownies. If you come, there is nothing extra - no ziplocs, no foil, nothing. There weren't even ice cube trays.
The pool is deceiving, it is split with a small deeper end and a small shallow end. The bbq grills outside are nice, but the unit had zero bbq tools and none are provided at the bbq.
If I had to repeat it I would probably price shop against other options but still try to stay in the area. Arlington in the few blocks in either direction felt very safe and fun.
