This 2 bedroom, 2 bath + den Cottonwood condo is a wonderful getaway for you and your guests. Fully stocked so that all you have to do is bring your bags. The living room features two comfortable sofa with wet bar and plenty of views of the fairway.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and large attached bathroom with a private patio off the bedroom. The second bedroom has a King with close access to the guest bathroom. The den is equipped with a full sized sofa sleeper and TV. Book your stay today!

CLUB ACCESS: the owner of this home has a “Platinum Membership” at Palm Valley CC. Therefore, renters have pay-and-play access to 2 Ted Robinson, 18-hole golf courses, plus a fabulous athletic/gym complex, 16 tennis courts, pickleball courts, a high-end spa, and a beauty salon. Great dining at the 100,000 SF clubhouse and wonderful activities for all ages and interest levels. Renters must first register at the clubhouse. A one-time per-property service fee will be charged at registration. Renters who do not choose to register for use will find that there are numerous fine public golf courses, tennis facilities, and fitness centers in the vicinity. All renters have access to any of the community’s 46 pools and spas and selected clubhouse facilities (dining, a cocktail lounge, spa treatments, and a hair salon).

We enjoyed our stay overall. We typically request no smoking rooms as my wife is sensitive to cigarette smoke. This listing has a no smoking policy so we thought it would be fine, however you could smell a strong cigarette smoke odor. If it weren’t for that I’d give all 5 stars.

The check-in location was very easy to find and the staff very accommodating. They reviewed the details of the rental and we proceeded to our rental home. The home was very easy to locate and provided enough parking for our vehicles. The only concern was the quality of the outdoor furniture. It is very warn from the desert sun and my husband sat in a chair in the back of the rental and the fabric split. My husband's condition is compromised because of his health and this was alarming as he is not stable. We reported this to the agent upon our departure
