We like the flat for its view of the beach and sea, the fact it is pool-side so in a quieter environment, close to the lifts and laundry room and that the bed was very confortable. The location in Miami beach is excellent and the heated pool was a real luxury every day. It has pretty much everything you need.
Pauli was very available to answer all our questions.
However, in the minor inconveniences, the hoover needs replacing and was not usable. The ants infestation needs to be kept under control by the condo association because clearly we were not the only flat impacted. The termites infestation in the kitchen cabinets really needs to be sorted as well as both wooden front doors which are rotting away.
The main inconvenience is the fact the windows have been screwed shut and that it is not possible to air the flat. So forget about cooking anything smelly like fish. For our health we also like airing our home daily and this was not possible. This will be the only reason we would not re-rent this flat.
