Residence Le Fontane

A nice accommodation with a holiday mood. The location is great. Supermarkets next to it. Beautiful views from the pool area and from the balcony. We would definitely come back.

The location is excellent and the apartments are very well furnished

There is no bar open at night or an área like a lobby where you can sit and have some drinks

The kitchenette was good with a great oven and moka. Parking was free and on site. Two great supermarkets right across the street.

The bathroom was in a very strange place, past the kitchen and past the second front door. Air conditioning was in the kitchen and had to be directed into the bedroom. Pool was 6 feet deep for about 70% of it and very cold. Vacant supermarket downstairs was pretty sad.

In photos this place looks great but only in photos. The apartament was run down, dark, with dirty fridge and rusted bathroom features. The only AC unit was in the living-room over the sofa bed, which made whoever sleeps on the sofa freezing cold in order to keep the bedroom comfortable. Zero decor, empty walls, dark dirty balcony overlooking garbage area. Not sure why people love this place so much? We chose it bcs of the great reviews. It wasn’t cheap either. This was our last stop on our 1 month long Italian trip and it was disappointing. It’s a 15 min walk to centre which isn’t horrible. Overall not impressed and would not stay again. What we liked about this place was the staff who all were very friendly and the pool. But with the beautiful beaches all around us we didn’t have time to use it much
