Penthouse condominium with a large private terrace and stunning views of Banderas Bay. The beach is 1/2 block away! The unit has modern furnishings, 2 bedrooms each with a king or 2 twin beds made at your request. Enjoy the tranquil views while cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, the dining table seats 6, and settle into the comfortable overstuffed furniture in the living area to watch the large smart TV or gaze at the Sierra Madre mountains. Double-paned sliding doors in the living room and bedrooms lead to a beautiful private terrace. Shared pool on the first floor. Elevator. High season December to March requires a 1-month minimum stay.

excellent communication for check-in and entry to the condo. (take a few minutes and read the directions and watch the video). Condo is fully stocked (even included a basket of fresh fruit) all you have to do is buy a few groceries locally. there are only 18 units in the entire bldg so always room at the pool. We are anxious to return.
