The apartment was in a very good location, close to bars, restaurants, clubs. The Levante promenade was just at the bottom of a short hill
The apartment block has car parking located inside the building, which was virtually empty, with a notice on the gate indicating a charge of 8 euros/day. However we were unable to get in touch with anyone to reserve. We had to park our hire car on waste ground a 15min walk away. We were not able to park on the street as there wasn't any space It would be a good feature if the property owner could pre-arrange the car park and provide the access key when the apartment keys are collected

It's in a great spot the accomodation block is clean the pool is clean but could open earlier the apartment was clean. Quick deposit repayment.
Broken things in the apartment when we got there couldn't use the cooker as it's broken and needs fixing as it's dangerous especially if young kids get near it. One person said we could get clean towels and sheets another told us we couldn't poor customer service skills if the washing machine didn't work and it wasn't sunny enough to dry we would have been using the same sheets and towels for a week. I found some people at customer services rude and not helpful I work in a customer service job and that's my pride.
