The pool and location was good

It's advertised as a private property but it's just a room and ensuite, everything else is shared. Staff were at the property late afternoon and early before checkout so it felt awkward to use the kitchen/pool. Lots of dust and noise from the building site next door. Lots of Ants on the kitchen counter.

Mmm couldn't fault it oh no kettle in our kitchen but one in the communal one witch we didn't find 🙈 so boiled in a pan lol .... Oh and the work men doing a new hotel up rite next door 😞 but wasn't a problem for us was our alarm to get up 😂

It was a fantastic location what a villa it had it all free wifi pool fantastic eating areas fridges cookers sitting areas everywhere fantastic tasting views main bus to be dorm central beside us a.no2 bus to Rincon takes you through old benidorm to new benidorm nice restaraunts close by beach beside us fantastic place I will be back . lady was fantastic got room for staff fantastic what more can I say but stay there 10/10 Top Marks

Lo malo que fue imposible encontrar un sitio donde poder desayunar. Hay cocina disponible pero al ir por trabajo no iba preparado con lo necesario Al estar alejado del centro tienes que desplazarte en coche si no conoces bien el transporte público. Aún así lo volveré a repetir Hay algo que me preocupó mucho. La cama sin sabana superior. De verdad lavan el cobertor en cada ocasión?

Casa proxima a playa Poniente en zona muy tranquila con piscina y bien comunicada.

La casa es grande y esta muy limpia, tanto zonas comunes como la habitacion y el baño que me fueron asignados. La piscina es un buen coplemento porque el agua esta templada y se puede nadar a gusto. La cocina ordenada con todos los electrodomesticos y pequeños aparatos que puedes necesitar, asi como menaje y cuberteria. Buenas terrazas, zona exterior bien equipada y espacio tranquilo y seguro por la videovigilancia. Muy cerca de la playa de Poniente y con el bus 3 a cuatro pasos en una calle sin apenas trafico. Tatiana, la anfitriona, comunicativa y amable via WA. Facilisimo encontrar las llaves y demas. Te dejan un hervidor, tazas y botellas de agua en la habitacion. El baño limpio y las toallas correctas, asi como las sabanas. Cama comoda y muy grande, con armario empotrado inmenso y una TV plana de 45" con todos los servicios de streaming.

Me gustaron las instalaciones y la habitación aunque las camas tampoco eran la bomba.

No me gustó que no tuve agua caliente, no sé si es que no había o se había agotado por el resto de huéspedes. Eso es básico e imperdonable. Por otro lado no pude sintonizar la televisión del cuarto y mira que estuve rato intentándolo al igual que esperando el agua caliente en la ducha.

La verdad, que nos gusto mucho todo en la casa, las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias la piscina muy bien pues la verdad estuvimos muy cómodos y Tatiana siempre pendiente y respondiendo cualquier consulta. Muchas gracias

Nos encanto el sitio, tenia todo lo que necesitabamos y el lugar es exactamente como esta descrito en las fotos. Tatiana nos recibio y fue muy amable con nosotras.

Dentro de la habitación se oía algo menos los ruidos de la obra del hotel del al lado, era una media demolición!!!

Estaban reformando, con demolición de tabiques incluso un hotel que hay al lado, por supuesto, TATIANA no dijo nada, de hecho no te recepcionan, las llaves en un cajetin y comunicas por WhatsApp Lo peor fue que el espacio compartido me atacó un perro muy agresivo de otros huéspedes y me provocó ir a fisioterapia varios días. TATIANA echa la culpa al dueño y el dueño a TATIANA...por no avisarles de que no era un espacio compartido. NADIE SE RESPONSABILIZA. LAMENTABLE

Experiencia muy desagradable

La pequeña piscina compartida y la zona exterior de la casa donde puedes realizar una barbacoa, por ejemplo, aunque las parrillas tenían mucha suciedad y tuve que limpiarlas antes porque era un poco asqueroso.

Experiencia muy desagradable en cuanto a la limpieza de la casa y los bichos que había por todas las dependencias, había muchas COCHINILLAS DE LA HUMEDAD por todas las habitaciones, cocina, salón, cuarto de baño, la verdad, que era muy repugnante, y encima no había ni un cepillo y recogedor en la casa para limpiarlo!!!Al día siguiente nos levantamos con picaduras de araña la mayor parte de los huéspedes!!. Por otro lado, la cubertería de la casa, era insuficiente, solo había 2 vasos de cristal, 4 tazas y unos cuantos platos para una casa en que nos hospedamos 6 personas, tuvimos que ir a Mercadona a comprar cubiertos de plástico!!! Por último, cuando vimos las sábanas y fundas de almohada, estaban arrugadas, como si no las hubieran cambiado y la dueña nos dijo que no las planchaban, la verdad que tenemos nuestras dudas que estuvieran limpias porque en una funda había hasta pelos!! Estas circunstancias las pusimos en conocimiento de la dueña y lejos de poner soluciones, se enojó, solicitándonos fotos, que se las mandamos, de la situación, le exigimos que vinieran a limpiar y cambiar sábanas y no hicieron nada.Realmente la situación fue asquerosa, lamentable y estresante.

La ubicación. Cerca de la playa restaurantes y supermercados. Las zonas de cocina y barbacoa exteriores genial. Las camas eran cómodas y se dormía bien. La piscina. No es grande pero para la casa estaba bien. Estaba limpio. Las zonas comunes . Y sobre todo el precio. Genial

Baños compartidos. Y despedida de soltero que había en este lugar daban mucho mucho ruido. Música altísimo. Eso es lo malo. Que íbamos con un niño y no respetaron nada el descanso. CUIDADO. PREGUNTEN SI HAY DESPEDIDAS. NO ACONSEJO QUE VAYAN PAREJAS. MEJOR GRUPO FAMILIAR

Tiene una piscina y zona común bastante amable el problema es que se comparte con mucha gente y puede ser incómodo. Está cerca de la playa.

No había servilletas ni papel de cocina, no tragaba los sumideros, estaba roto el botón de tirar la cadena del wc, la jabonera de manos tampoco funcionaba etc.
