This one-bedroom condo on beach front property is comfortable and well appointed. It is not a party spot. It is in a nice neighborhood relatively close to Clearwater Beach and all of its attractions, shops and eateries. We also found some great restaurants and fun bars away from the beach, in Largo. The small pool was not heated so we couldn't use it in January. If you want to see the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) from your room, you must get a 2nd floor waterside condo. We had some issues upon arrival, but the property manager was excellent and resolved every concern in a timely manner.

Property was clean.
Water heater malfunctioned the entire time of our 7 night stay. Repairs were attempted and failed.
The roof of the property was being replaced during our stay and the pool was shut down due to the construction. Was reimbursed $100 per day for the trouble and noise.
