The living room is light and bright with beachy decor, including two armchairs where you can watch the 42” TV with Blu-ray player. Whether you’re preparing a fresh catch or putting together a picnic lunch for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. It comes with full-size appliances and ample prep space on the granite countertops. A table provides a nice spot for sit-down meals. Or step out onto the shared balcony, where you can dine alfresco at the picnic table and feel the breeze through the palm trees as you relax on loungers.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit is right on the beach and the owner was very thoughtful having many supplies needed for the beach in the unit such as beach chairs, beach towels and even an umbrella! Also we were worried about getting ice but they even left a few ice trays all filled with ice! We loved the beach, very peaceful and not crowded even on labor day weekend.
it’s a perfect stay for 2 and highly recommended!!

shower curtain insufficient, the rings are wrong don't slide and curtain is ??? and shower leaked.
would be nice ahead of time to know the unit was upstairs. I need to know that ahead of time. as I cant do stairs very well at all.
