We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Indio. The house was top notch clean and smelled amazing when we arrived. The little details like the beautiful rose folded paper products and bathroom towels was a nice touch. Fresh fruit in abundance on the property. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. Having everything we needed at the house made for a very enjoyable vacation retreat!

Warm and relaxing. Just what we needed.Loved having our own private pool and hottub.Quiet location in a gated community. Updated nicely,a clean and welcoming home.Royale vacations were easy to deal with.Bonus backing onto a decent golf course,played it a couple of times-good rates.Many high end courses nearby.Costco and lots of shopping within 12 minutes.We will return.

Vacation House was more then I expected. Very clean, modern appliances and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great for the music festival, walking distance from Empire Polo Club.

It was good except the pool was dirty when we arrived and when they said they had come back to clean it, it still wasn’t clean, they had to come back a third time by then I had only a couple days left in my stay as we had to wait for them to come on there cleaning days, but if it’s dirry and customer complains I think they should send people right away to clean it. The house was great but it was dusty. Ie: tables, counters. I don’t think the cleaning staff were in there just before we arrived. I recommended property management does a run through couple days before people come to stay to make sure things are done.
