Super clean house. Everything you need was where you'd expect it to be. The host is extremely responsive, like under 5 minutes every time. He's kind and helpful. We rented this house for Coachella and saw a lot of people get scammed. This is a quality property with a good host. Thanks Nathan!

Walking distance to festival grounds. If you don’t feel like walking the entire way, some residents offer rides to the main gate in their golf carts for a small fee. Main gate to main stage is about 1.5 miles. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Will stay again next time we go to Stagecoach!

Clean room, responsive and accommodating host, near coachella main entrance. Will surely book again! May be the only need thing to improve is the Wifi pretty slow with 5 devices using it. That’s my only honest commentary.
