About this house rental
Enjoy the quirky, uniqueness of this quaint little house. Nestled in small town Savannah TN. right on the Tennessee river. Explore our local history and Shiloh battlefield as well as BEAUTIFUL Pickwick Landing State Park.
The space
In this space you will find a mishmash of items from local art, pottery, goodwill treasures and everything in-between. If there is a price tag on an item, it's for sale 😃 If there's not and you would like to purchase it, just shoot me a message...you never know 😉 Items (plants included) can be purchased through PayPal at [email protected]. My hope is you'll enjoy looking around, at least half as much as I did decorating 🤩

I also run a coffee shop in town by the same name, Solid Grounds. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and Saturday 8am-3pm. Stop by and tell the girls you're a guest and get a free coffee ☺️☕. Address is 275B Pickwick St.

Only suggestion is that if you have sensitivities to air fresheners you ask that they be unplugged before you arrive so you won't be overwhelmed... the scent is pleasant, but the chemicals were just too much for my system. We just pulled them all, aired it out and replugged them when we left😉

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is quite cozy and all the necessary amenities. It’s a quite neighborhood and location in the outskirts of town but still 2min drive to anywhere in Savannah TN
We will definitely stay again.
