This "Vision-Aire" home was designed by renowned architect, Glenn Q. Johnson in 1954. The unusual triangular design affords a generous feeling of space, natural ventilation, and true indoor-outdoor living. The upper level includes a large open living space with abundant windows, soaring vaulted cedar ceilings, as well as outdoor dining and living areas. The downstairs offers a guest suite complete with living, dining, and a kitchenette. Newly added pool and putting green! Short walk to boat ramp and waterfront park. Walking friendly neighborhood. Less than a 10 minute drive to DTSP.

Needed a place in close proximity to Westminster Suncoast and this place is just a block away. Essentially this place is 2 separate living quarters, each on their own floor. Super peaceful, clean, and all the amenities, plus a very nice swimming pool. Owner was super responsive when needed.

We wanted to check out St. Pete from downtown to the beach. This sweet property was super charming and well appointed for a relaxing and fun stay. We loved the pool with sun shelf, putting green and well groomed fenced yard. The two separate spaces upstairs and down were ideal for privacy. The park around the corner was a 5 minutes walk to the Tampa bay and view of the Skyway bridge. Looking forward to staying here again!

This is a cute small place. Two separate units and you get both with rental. Upstairs gets hot. I would recommend a fan. Not really close to anything so you will be driving a bit.
In a neighborhood and close to other houses. If you are a loud group -this is not for you.
