About this villa rental
Spacious architect's villa, in a luxury domain with panoramic views, very quiet, on enclosed grounds, secured by automatic gate and videophone.
Our family house, backed by the maquis, is not just a place to stay but will allow you to savor the weather, the calm, and to soak up the Corsican soul. From the terrace, the view is lost between the sea and the mountains and offers you sunsets that change every evening.
To rediscover the effervessence of everyday life, we are located 15 minutes from Ajaccio airport, 30 minutes from the port of Ajaccio, 1.5 km from Agosta beach and shops (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, .....), 5 km from the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio (doctor's office: general practitioners, dentists, physiotherapist etc....) maritime shuttle, Sofitel thalasso center, 9-hole gulf).
Thanks to our geographical position between the north and the south of Corsica, it is possible, during your stay, to visit different regions of the island.
You are 2 hours from Bastia and Figari airport, 1 hour from
Corté, 2 hours from Bonifacio.
Our villa is composed on the first floor:
- a living room 60 m2, a semi-open kitchen 16 m2, pantry/laundry room, 1 guest toilet,
- 1 bedroom of 20 m2, dressing room, TV, air conditioning - 1 travel cot 60x120 is at your disposal.
,- shower room, double sinks, separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with bed 160x200, air conditioner, TV and one of 17 m2 with 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190 dressing room (possibility of making bed 180), TV air conditioner and a terrace with a view of the Sanguinaires Islands.
- separate toilet, a bathroom, with bathtub and a sink.
- You can bring your bed linen or you have the possibility to rent it at 10 euros per person and 5 euros for the towel kit, you are asked for 200 euros for the end-of-stay cleaning to be paid with the reservation.
All the rooms of the villa have a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio
- 8x4 swimming pool, audible alarm, solar panel shower.
- The parking lot (2/3 cars) is located at the back of the house with the possibility of parking a car under the shed as well.
- As soon as you arrive, you will kindly entrust the concierge with a photocopy of your holiday insurance policy and a deposit check for 2000 euros.
Departures are at 10 am and arrivals between 5 pm and 8 pm.
On weekends, our son occupies a studio in the basement, discreet, accompanied by Gros Minet. He can, if you wish, inform you and help you.
The GPS address can be communicated to you by SMS.
