Just a short distance from the beach, Dolphin boat ramp, Capt. Anderson's Marina, and St. Andrews State Park, this family-friendly South Lagoon private home is ready to welcome beach fans! There's room to park your boat trailer in the driveway, and there's room in the enclosed backyard for everyone to run and get their wiggles out after the trip. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable through sunny days, and you can stick your swimsuits from the day into the private washer/dryer. The open kitchen features full-size appliances for guest use (including a swanky French door refrigerator), and the breakfast bar that seats four guests is perfect for quick meals together. One bedroom has a desk workspace for guests who need to complete remote work before exploring Thomas Drive. Guests will have a foosball table and a Cornhole game in the backyard. Feel free to kick back with a beverage on your private furnished balcony - you're on vacation now.

The house was extremely clean, it had alot of thing to do and alot of room. It's very close to the beach. It's a great place for a get away with family, in a quiet neighborhood. Me and my friends enjoyed it alot.

This place was amazing. It was just a few minute walk to the beach. with all the stuff you need to take to the beach towels, chairs, umbrella everything. This place has all the room you’ll need to take your family with the master upstairs and the other two bedrooms downstairs. The only complaint I have about this place is the sand spurs in the backyard. They are not pet friendly at all or people friendly, they hurt but for the most part we would definitely stay again.

Arrived to a lovely, clean, decorated, fully stocked rental home. Just one block from pier 7 entrance to ocean. Ocean and beach was beautiful. Restaurants galore. Immense amount of surf and gift shops. Pier Park shopping center just down the street.
House has front balcony with comfy chairs and ceiling fans. Master bedroom has balcony facing back fenced in yard. Garage has game tables.
Pet friendly. Thank you for a great stay.
