Our family of 13 stayed here the week of the 4th. We love staying on the Thomas Drive end of PCB, and this location was perfect for us. The back yard area: pool, gas grill, and plenty of seating were amazing. The beach access #9 was such a short walk and easily accessible (our 2 year old walked it with no complaints). The house was clean, plenty of seating, and a great table/chairs for playing cards. We loved the close drive to restaurants too. The grill was out of propane, and I contacted the property manager, and we had a refilled propane tank the next day. Great customer service. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The open lay out of the home was accommodating for our group. The location to the beach was just a short walk, maybe a 2 minute walk.
There were a couple of things broke within the home. We made the property manager aware of the items. The managing company was friendly, and sent a work note for maintance-the items broke did not affect our stay in the home. If you plan on using the fire pit you need to supply your own wood for it. Luckily, the majority of the stores carry firewood.
We Will be staying in this home again! Loved it!

Loved that it was by the beach bummed that the hot tub and pool filter system did not work. House layout was great.Table umbrella flew away . Overall an ok stay . Ty
