Wonderful !

We were very happy, the owner accepted very late check-in, also very late check-out, that was perfect becouse we had a late flight. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the nice terrace abouve the house and took a walk through Turia Garden wich was nearby, about 350m. The apartament was very clean, has confortable mattresses, 3 nice bathrooms and airconditioning in all the rooms that was perfect for us. Very fast wifi. Thank you very much Paul !

Just a stay, but very confortable, very clean, a good caffee in the morning, good sleep, good mattress, good hot water, all the rooms fitted with airconditioning unit. A short walk of 7 min to reach Turia Garden.

Outstanding duplex in Valencia

Property and host are just outstanding. We found warm welcome with wine and fruits upon arrival, super clean and comfortable furniture to make our stay pleasant and recharging. Besides the nice interior, there is a cozy balcony to have the morning coffee or aperitif there. Some evenings, instead of going out we just preferred to stay in the nice living room chatting over a glass of wine, cheese and jamon. When back to the airport late in the evening, we understood that our flight was canceled, and we were extremely grateful that our host agreed that we come back to spend another night there thus saving us from sleeping at the airport.

Landlord, Paul wait us with fruit basket and wine. I like it in small house have elevator. Terrace was very good to eat and drink end of the day.

The kitchen could be better equipped. It's okay, I didn't want to wash it, but I also needed a few things for the barbecue. We regret that there was no grill option in the description

The apartment is very big. There was enough space for 8 people. I loved how the unit is split in two floors. Everything looked recently renovated. The private garage was wonderful.

The hot water was not as consistent as I would have liked.

A great space for my family, clean, comfortable and within easy reach of Mislata's local restaurants, shops and Metro. The Metro offering a clean and efficient service into the city centre and beach.

Hadn't considered traffic noise, even with windows closed at night - a few nights in and we started to not notice it.

The host had no problem with anything we asked for. Location was fine for Metro users. House is refurbished and everything was like new.

we had very nice reception from Mr. Paul who is in chatting of the place, he helped us in getting what we need like the transportation and restaurants . Also the house was clean and tidy, everything a family may need was available.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything perfect, clean, nice bathroom, very comfortable beds, quiet area, very close to Biopark, a pleasant 10 minute walk. The location is 5 min. from the metro station and there are only 4 stops to the center, you can be in the center in 10 minutes. You can also reach the beach directly by metro.

Prima uitvalsbasis om met 8 personen de stad Valencia te ontdekken

Prima locatie net buiten het centrum aan de rand van het park. Goede uitvalsbasis voor het centrum. Aparte bedden met goede matrassen en voorzieningen op orde. Er loopt wel een vrij drukke weg voor de deur langs, maar in de avond en nacht is het rustig.

Afstand naar het strand is wel een stukje fietsen. Maar als je door het park fietst is dit prima te doen.

- La posizione è vicina alla metro (5 minuti a piedi) per il centro; - La gentilezza dell' host (Paul) che ci ha fatto trovare del vino, della frutta e risolto ogni minimo problema. Top! - Non abbiamo visto altri clienti, per cui il palazzo è risultato intimo.

- Letti scomodissimi; - Rapporto qualità/prezzo terribile, 4.000 Euro per sei notti a Valencia sono troppi per ciò che abbiamo avuto; - I mobili sono essenziali, la cucina ha due fuochi ed è poco funzionale.

Un apartamento duplex excepcional

Un apartamento muy confortable, bonito, muy limpio, espacioso, con decoración muy elegante. Las habitaciones muy grandes, confortables, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, colchones confortables. Los baños grandes, en total hemos tenido 3 duchas donde hemos podido disfrutar de duchas relajantes, con suficiente agua caliente para todos, hasta 8 personas. La terraza aportó un plus para pasar unas tardes tranquilas. En general un lugar excepcional con todos los servicios: ascensor, garaje, wifi de alta velocidad, privacidad, la cocina muy equipada, toallas suficientes, etc. Sin duda un lugar donde seguramente vamos a repetir.

Todo ha estado muy bien, superando nuestras expectativas.
