TORRE REAL Luxury near Trocadero Arena Marbella

La urbanización en la que está el apartamento es cerrada, tranquila, segura , con una piscina excelente.El apartamento es prácticamente un mirador con muchas ventanas y vistas excelentes al mar,Marbella y al campo de golf.La distribución del apartamento en salón-cocina y 2 habitaciones está bien diseñada.El garaje del edificio excelente.Las zonas comunes del edificio,ascensores, conserje en la portería,vecinos:magníficos.

El sistema de aire acondicionado de cada una de las 2 habitaciones es malo: es un aparato de aire acondicionado portátil conectado al exterior con un tubo grueso(obliga a tener ventana abierta unos 15 cm): es muy ruidoso y poco eficaz. El aire acondicionado del salón sí es adecuado( un split de pared eficaz). La salida desde la urbanización a la autopista para ir a Marbella ( está a unos 3-4 km) es peligrosa( no hay un carril de aceleración para incorporarse y hay que confiar que te dejen salir desde parado( son 2 carriles de autopista muy transitada).El acceso hasta la playa caminando( está como a 10-15 minutos) tiene un tramo sin acera que obliga a ir por la carretera( son unos 50 metros).

Beautiful views from every side of the apartment. Furnished really nicely and very comfortable. Good facilities in the kitchen (for a rental property) and a great shower. Good secure parking. A 15min walk to the beach and a number of lovely beach clubs. The public facilities at the beach were really good. Good communication before arrival - but they go through watsapp so ensure you receive messages from unknown numbers (my message initially went into my outbox).

The main pool was closed despite being told it would be open. A smaller pool was open but we travelled with a baby and this didn’t work as well with a family. The walk to the beach is along a busy road with no pavement. We messaged the number given a few times about the pool and parking and they didn’t get back to us. Overall a beautiful property but not ideal with small children.

Excellent place, amazing view, posh estate

I personally would improve on kitchen equipment, knives were not sharp, scratched Teflon frying pan, broken wooden kitchen utensils. No basic stuff such as salt or pepper grinder apart from 2-3 sashes you can get from McDonald’s. This is the only constructive criticism, the place is amazing apart from that.
