Perfect house for a family celebration! Plenty of room, clean, spacious. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Games room and pool table were great. Excellent location to explore the beautiful Jurassic coast. Andrew was a brilliant host! We will definitely be back

Kitchen area, Swimming Pool, Hot tub. Plentiful cutlery and crockery.
Dining room table, Insecure benches, lack of chairs in kitchen diner, sitting room, bedrooms.Sitting room furniture arrangement. Outside lighting not working. Insufficient waste sacks. Poor garden and pathways maintenance.
A bit of snagging needed all round in what appears to be a well used let.
