Le Mistral - Appt avec deux balcons à Cannes

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Cannes. The location is truly exceptional — just a few steps from the beach and with a beautiful park right in front of the building. We especially appreciated having a garage parking spot, which made arriving by car completely stress‑free. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and a lovely balcony. The view from the balcony was one of our favorite parts; we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast there every day. The kitchen, including a water kettle and a capsule coffee maker, which made our mornings even better. Overall, we enjoyed the stay thanks to the great location and spacious apartment, but a few small improvements would make the experience even better.

From the less positive side, a few things could be improved. On a hot summer day, a bottle of water on arrival would have been very appreciated. We had planned to cook, but the pots and pans were in poor condition, so we decided not to use them. There were no kitchen towels or kitchen paper, so we had to buy our own. For three people staying four nights, only one roll of toilet paper was provided. There were also no bathroom amenities such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, which meant additional shopping. The vacuum cleaner was broken, and the apartment had only three bath towels and one hand towel.

во-первых, забирать ключи пришлось ехать дважды, сначала от квартиры, второй раз от гаража. коммуникация плохая, не оперативная. во-вторых, в квартире не было сушилки для белья. Пришлось её просить. в-третьих, не было инструкций по подключению к wi-fi. так и не допросились от контактного лица. квартира неплохая, но запущенная. управляющая фирма плохо следит за объектом: - потолок и стены в ванной и стены на кухне в пятнах, волосы в батарее в ванной, - побелка на кухне полопалась и отстаёт от стены, - грязные решётки воздуховодов на кухне, в ванной. везде. - в бачке унитаза не полностью перекрыватся вода. вода течет, шумит - создаёт дискомфорт. всё сфотографировал.
