Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of Jerusalem’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every single team member was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Everything was excellent – the clean and comfortable rooms, the great location, the delicious breakfast, and especially the outstanding service. A special thanks to Ibrahim, the manager, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. He made our stay truly enjoyable.
