Apartmán je dobre vybavený, skvelé ubytovanie pre pár na dovolenke, veľmi pekná terasa a vlastné garážové miesto v objekte domu.
Bohužiaľ apartmán je na 4. poschodí a v dome je dlhodobo pokazený výťah.
