Die Unterkunft ist super durchdacht und gut ausgestattet. Villa Ocean Breeze liegt an einem traumhaft ruhigen Ort mit fantastischem Blick auf Cape Drastis besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleine nette Restaurants und auch die Bar 7th Heaven. Mit dem Auto war alles super zu erreichen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Korfu. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an den hilfsbereiten Vermieter und eine sehr liebenswürdige Angestellte.

Einzigartige Lage - Stille und Natur

Traumhaft gelegen auf dem Berg mit Blick auf Cape Drastis und noch dazu mit Sonnenaufgang. Abends kann man wenige Meter davor auf der anderen Seite den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Absolute Stille - unbezahlbar. Das Appartement ist sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Der Dyson Cool sorgt nicht so richtig für Abkühlung in der Nacht.

Tolle, top-moderne Unterkunft, mit super Ausblick und viel Ruhe!

Welch eine Oase! Besonders gut war natürlich das gesamte Apartment, wir hatten die Nr. 7. Der Balkon, der Ausblick, die Größe, die Einrichtung, alles war wirklich extrem gut. Das Badezimmer war einfach nur klasse, und insbesondere im Vergleich mit vielen anderen Unterkünften war alles top-modern, stillvoll und sowohl mit Wohlfühl-Faktor. Man hat sich wirklich sofort einfach sehr heimisch gefühlt. Die Privatsphäre war bisher die beste, die wir jemals in einem Hotel/Apartment hatten, bei dem es theoretisch Nachbarn gibt. Auch auf dem Balkon war man zu 100% privat. Ansonsten sehr viele praktische Steckdosen, elektrische Fensterrollos, ein Samsung The Frame TV mit Airplay-Funktion, tolles WLAN, genügend einfach erreichbare Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Viele Fenster und 2 Balkon-Zugänge, alles mit Fliegengittern, sogar die Türen. Dadurch konnte man nachts auch problemlos lüften. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, es gab sogar eine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Und 2 Bosch-Waschmaschinen sowie 2 Trockner standen auch zur Verfügung, so konnte man super seine Sachen waschen. Die Verglasung war absolut top. Schall- und auch wärmeisoliert. Es gab neben dem passiven Kühl-System, was bei den Temperaturen als wir dort waren, zwar etwas an seine Grenzen kam, einen schönen, angenehmen Dyson-Cool-Turm. Der ist super leise und kann auch nachts angenehm laufen. Das Nuki-Türschloss-System hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man war mit dem Mietwagen sehr schnell bei naheliegenden Orten und Stränden wie Sidari oder Agios Stefanos. Einkaufen war daher auch absolut praktisch mit dem Auto.

Es war alles super! Es war zu unserer Zeit nur sehr warm - vor allem nachts meist nicht kühler als 26° Außentemperatur. So war die Unterkunft nachts ein kleines bisschen warm. Aber dafür hatte man einen Dyson-Cool-Turmventilator, damit konnte man auch gut lüften.

The villa is located in the quiet and authentic village of Avliotes - a perfect place for a secluded and relaxing vacation. Within walking distance, you’ll find Ilia’s lovely taverna, a grocery shop, a coffee shop, and a pharmacy. The people in the neighborhood are incredibly sweet and welcoming, adding to the charm of the stay. The villa is about a 45–50 minute drive from the airport. It offers breathtaking panoramic views and has everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. The host was always available and provided anything we needed promptly and kindly. The closest beach we liked the most was Agios Stefanos. There, we stayed on the beaches in front of the Mango or Aria guesthouses, which offer comfortable sunbeds and umbrella sets (10€). There are also other pebble and sandy beaches within a 15–20 minute drive, depending on your preferences and how much time you want to spend driving. The laundry room and dishwasher were particularly helpful, saving us time and energy throughout our vacation.

From a personal perspective, there are a few suggestions I’d kindly like to offer for future improvement: • Air Conditioning: The villa has a centralized cooling system, but during hotter days - and especially at night - it didn’t provide sufficient cooling. Even with the balcony doors and windows open, it was difficult to sleep, particularly with room temperatures staying above 27-28°C. Combined with a smaller-sized bed, it made restful nights challenging. While it’s not a major issue, finding a better cooling solution would significantly enhance comfort during hot weather. • Freezer: Having access to a freezer would be highly appreciated. Perhaps a shared freezer on the lower floor could be a simple and effective solution. • Cleaning: Cleaning was not provided during the stay, which I had assumed would be included at least once a week, based on past experiences. This wasn’t a big problem, but it would be helpful to clarify this in the house rules. The host was kind enough to lend us a vacuum cleaner, which we used toward the end of our stay to keep the floors clean. Offering a shared vacuum cleaner and an iron might also be a thoughtful addition for guests. I can’t help but mention our extremely noisy neighbors, who clearly didn’t care much about other guests’ privacy. Not only did they speak loudly — they were literally shouting at each other accompanied by music on a speaker out on the balcony :) Apparently, keeping quiet and respecting other vacationers’ rest isn’t obvious to everyone, so it might be a good idea to include this in the house rules.

La vue .la salle de bain .les moustiquaire Le parking ,bien que limité en place.

Manque de meubles de rangement. La vaisselle est à minima. Pas de micro onde . Pas de grille pain Pas de freezer, pas de congelateur,impossible de faire des pains de glace pour partir acheter du frais par grande chaleur. La fiche de renseignement concernant le logement est trop succincte.
