Novia Guest House Lombok-Tetebatu

Très bon séjour à Tetebatu. L’endroit est calme, la chambre propre et confortable, avec une superbe vue depuis la terrasse directement sur les rizières. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter de Tetebatu et découvrir les alentours. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les dîners à l’hôtel : les plats étaient délicieux, avec une vraie cuisine locale que nous recommandons vivement. Un séjour agréable et reposant, parfait pour profiter de Tetebatu au calme.

The breakfast option is very limited. It’s understandable, it is a small family business. You get the following 3 options: eggs, banana pancake, or waffle, along with some fresh food and tea/juice. Good enough to start the day for us!

The bathroom has no dry wet separation. Once you shower, the whole bathroom is flooded, and everyone has to deal with wet floor while going to the loo. Not a bit problem if you have a pair of slippers with you!

This was our second time staying here and it was even better then we remembered! We received a really warm welcome back from Heru and have made new friends with Didik and Gechan. The location is stunning, set amongst rice fields and with a breakfast view of Mt Rinjani. Our room was comfortable and clean; the bed ensured a good night's sleep and the shower was powerful and warm. There was a kettle and hairdryer in the room. The food was a highlight of the trip last time and it was as delicious as we remembered. The sasak food is so tasty, it is freshly made so takes a while to prepare but is worth the wait. We did the village tour last year so Heru thoughtfully took us somewhere different this year - we had a nice drive and visited his family's village where we learned to make green bean porridge and then we saw a beautiful lake at sunset where all the locals go to. We are already planning our next visit to this friendly and welcoming guesthouse!
