The location and the views were spectacular. Everything is brand new. Great responsive host.
While the tides are predictable and they provide rubber boots that can assist you in getting out of the house, they often create inconveniences that cannot be overlooked. However, I will book this place anytime because it is gorgeous!

The view was excellent.Very clean place.Good amenities.Needed more instruction manual.
There are a lot of instructions about parking and it is important for tides that change every day yet there is no clear signs as to which is green or yellow parking.The constant droning of the white noise in the restroom is an irritant.The shoes should be out of room was instructed.The shoes got very cold.There was no proper place to store it.More floor mats are necessary if the place has to be kept clean.

It was gorgeous and it was so fun being right there on the water. Everything was clean and so very comfortable. The bed was stellar!! Beautiful views, we were gifted an excellent breeze and a quiet night. The owners were so nice and communicated everything we needed to know so clearly to have a wonderful stay.
The only bummers we’re no screens on the window so there were mosquitos plaguing through the night. And it was also a bummer to have to pay a $120+ cleaning fee for what was essentially a 14 hour stay with very little mess. That makes it almost out of reach to stay there again, especially for just one night, but was so worth every penny this time 💓
