Such a beautiful apartment in Sausalito. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Easy walk to ferry and all of Sausalito. No need for a car if hanging out in Sausalito and taking the ferry to San Francisco. We will come again.

Our recent stay at this apartment at The Gables Inn was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown Sausalito, where we enjoyed incredible restaurants, charming boutique shops, and even a few local museums. It’s the perfect spot to soak in everything this beautiful town has to offer.One of the unexpected perks was the onsite parking. While there’s a 30 daily fee, it’s actually a better deal than the public parking nearby, which can run 35 or more per day. Having a guaranteed spot made exploring the area stress-free.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Fresh linens, all the necessary utensils, and even a K-cup coffee machine stocked generously with Peet’s coffee and creamers made it easy to settle in. It truly felt like a home away from home—spacious, airy, and thoughtfully arranged.A special shout-out to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and responsive. Before we even arrived, they texted to see if we needed anything, and when we inquired about the couch folding out to a bed, they had it made up with fresh bedding and pillows—without us having to ask again. Throughout our stay, they were just a quick text away. When we needed new towels, they were delivered in under five minutes!The TVs were fully functional with access to Netflix, which was a great touch for winding down after a day of exploring.

Very clean, quiet, nice tv’s and nice kitchen. No spices, salt, pepper or anything else.
There were two nice tv’s. The one in the bedroom worked well but somewhat complicated. The one in the living room didn’t work correctly. I had the impression the apartment had never or rarely been used before so they will probably fix the tv issue.
I would definitely return. Very nice place and great location.

TV did not work entire stay despite several calls to magmt.WE asked for credit and they eventually agreed to credit us the parking fee. However we did not realize there was a fee as it wasn't evident on the web site. I had sent em inquiring if off street parking was available and received affirmative answer but no mention of fee. After 3 attempts after checking out I finally found the note about fee in the web site.
Lots of noise one night in the stair. The door should be a solid core door and the threshold weatherstripping should be repaired as there is an air gap at the bottom. These changes would help mitigate the noise.
Upon arrival it was unclear where to check in but we missed a phone call as we were driving. Don't understand why this info wasn't emailed to us before we arrived.
