Casa Pomelo, 161sqm, 1m to Pool, 950m to Beach

The property gave us everything we required to stay as if we were living here. It’s decorated in a traditional style with Spanish Pine Furniture etc. The people living on site are lovely and welcoming and the sunbathing areas are superbly set up. The pool is clean and maintained and the proximity to good venues is a plus point. The complex is peaceful and communication from the management team is good. There were toilet rolls and shampoo etc but we bought and brought our own due to sensitive skin issues and I assume this may be pot luck depending on who was before you. We only used the front terrace for sitting but it offers both sun and shade options in the Morning and then shade from mid afternoon. The air conditioning in the bedroom is superb and easy to understand. We never used the balcony but it looks good if you like that morning coffee. We never used the upstairs room and terrace but it looks adequate for additional guests to have some privacy in bathing and to lounge. The fridge freezer works well. We did use the washing machine and the wife says it did its job. I personally never went in the underbuild. The TV works but has limited channels ( or there’s no info on how to find others) but we had free wifi and our tablets. There’s a back entry but we never went out that way or opened it even. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is a blessing. Plenty of coat hangers for clothes. The main bed was very comfortable and large. If using the iron be careful not to burn clothes and iron over a towel as the iron gets extremely hot. All in all it’s a lovely house and we will return here again, we may even try to get a 6 week stay sorted as life here is just tranquil.

The security entrance locks to the community are a little temperamental but that’s not the fault of the property. The cooker and inside of the cupboards could have been cleaner ( we never used the oven so not an issue) but that’s the previous users tardiness.

Location was great, it was close to all amenities, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets.. The townhouse was a great size being on 3 levels giving you loads of space and the bonus of a garage on lower level when off loading luggage and shopping..

El alojamiento es perfecto, nada más salir de él tienes la piscina sin necesidad de salir fuera del recinto. Es tal cual en las fotos. Desde el garaje accedes directamente a la vivienda. Las dos habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Sabíamos que no estaba en primera linea de playa. Pero hemos estado en la playa de la Zenia que está muy bien y a unos 6-8 minutos en coche.

La barbacoa no la pudimos utilizar, porque no estaba en buen estado. Alguna luz no funcionaba. Pero esto no fue ningún problema para nuestra estancia y estar agusto.
