Amplasarea și mărimea apartamentului, raportul calitate-preț
Necesită unele mici reparații, centrala era în avarie de funcționare, nu dădea apă caldă (dar cald era în apartament)

Very good location, the apartment is big, spacious rooms
No chairs for the kithen except one that was very fragile. Very few kitchen cutleries and plastic ( no knifes, no bowls, etc.), no cups that can go into the microwaves. The shower had mould on the walls, and there are no toiletries.
