La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo è comoda perché è a tre minuti dalla metro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Rambla.Cucina piccola ma dotata di tutto.

The location is excellent, metro/bus lines are in the close proximity, as well as "Lidl", and the Maritime Museum / Aquarium. The area seems to be quite safe, we did not have any problem. The property is clean, quite well equipped (though no grater :-S). All in all, we are quite satisfied with the property and stay.
The property in general is fine, except for quite narrow stairs (more or less okay, if you do not have a toddler/pushchair) and narrow kitchen, so that if you are of XL+ size, it might be tricky to come closer to the stove and microwave (we are of S and L sizes, so we managed). No shelf in the shower cabin - it is not a lethal fault, but might be annoying :)

Location was good with ready access to public transport and restaurants. Bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. Welcome pack was helpful and staff communicated well for check in and provided a great list of recommendations.
Very noisy with minimal insulation. It sounded like the neighbours were about to walk in our front door at all hours of the night (their front door is very close) and there was constant coming and going all night every night of our stay. I know there timings are not controllable by the host but perhaps some kind of noise buffering/insulation could be helpful??
