Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Very quiet location so very peaceful sleep in a very comfy bed. Great location for visiting Salcombe and, if you don’t like driving on the winding roads, there was a bus stop 10 minutes walk away. Even had a little garden area.

The location was ideal for us. Parking was easy. The property itself was perfect for our needs. With complimentary water and milk and bathroom necessities if you had forgotten anything such items. The bed was very comfortable. The cul de sac was very quiet. There was a little hill ( if walking into town ), but you got used to it after walking it a couple of times a day. It certainly wasn’t an issue.
There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Great location. Kitchen and bathroom all brand new, clean and in working order.
The bed was so uncomfortable & sleep is crucial to a comfortable stay. Really needs updating - new bed needed!
