We didn’t fully realize that there wasn’t a shared living room area. The kitchen did have 2 comfortable chairs but for a group of four adults the communal space was cramped - it was hard to relax all together.

Amazing location - right in the heart of Trogir. Comfortable beds, very well equipped property. Fantastic wifi and internet, A/C too. Manero were fabulous at helping us out when we had questions and sorted our parking access quickly (we forgot to pre-book).

Perfect location with plenty of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance.
The downstairs utility room should be converted into a living room. Right now it’s a full bath, with a laundry nook, so it’s not being fully utilized.

Sehr schöner, kleiner „Wohnturm“ mitten in der Altstadt mit geschmackvoller, moderner Einrichtung. Ideal für 4 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind hell, angenehm groß mit ausreichend Platz für Kleidung etc. Die Betten knarren etwas bei jeder Bewegung, sind aber bequem.
Ein kleiner Tipp: Es gibt eine gute Nespresso Maschine, Kapseln waren keine vorhanden, sollte man mitnehmen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte über Booking.com problemlos.
Die Bezeichnung „3 Badezimmer“ ist etwas irreführend, es gibt in den Zimmern im 2. und 3. Stock jeweils Toiletten mit einem kleinen Waschbecken. Keine Duschen, diese ist nur im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss.
Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, eine Teekanne haben wir leider nicht gefunden.
Für Personen, die sich mit Stiegensteigen schwertun, ist diese Unterkunft leider nicht ideal.
