This is in an older building in a part of downtown St. Pete that's being revitalized. The apartment was very cozy, everything worked well, and it was lovely to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning sun and have coffee. Also the instructions on parking and the responsiveness of the host were superb.
Since it's an older building, it's a walkup, and since it's the third floor, with a lot of luggage, that would have been good to know in advance.

Location to my new work. Quiet and very clean and had everything that I could have possibly needed.
Only thing (which they can’t do anything about) is it’s quite a bit of stairs to carry luggage up, but it was worth it and, in fact, I’ve booked it again already.

Location was central to everything, place was very clean, and so many little extra touches especially great for those that may forget to pack everything. Host communicated very well.
The bed was the only disappointment. Definitely in need of new mattress or maybe a good topper. Sadly it was rock hard and there was no sleeping in.
