The bonus was the pool spa and sauna on the roof. Once we found out how to access that floor we used it a couple of times.
We had to call in to get passkey, that was difficult since we hadn't sorted our phones out after just arriving. It also seemed at the time they were unsure if we had paid so admin could be better. There was no onsite office staff at the property.

This was the second time we'd stayed here, and again we were very happy with, and would stay again. It might not be the most convenient location for others, but it is close to friends of ours, which is why we chose to stay here. The check-in is easy, the key deposit is returning quickly, the place is clean and comfortable, and there are cafes within walking distance, as is a train station.
Nothing stands out as bad.

Bed was great and location for us was good.
The apartment could do with a good clean. Had issues with getting into the lift and room with the codes, not easy for us older people.
