Not as expected
It wasn't clean, the bedding wasn't made and the duvets were stained. We weren't able to stay there and immediately left and booked another place. It wasn't what we were expecting

It was very lovely brand New,clean amazing flat,in a lovely quiet neighbourhood .Ibrahima the owner is very nice and supportive. He is available all the time .the train was just 5 minutes walk from the property ,the kitchen is very clean as well as the toilets and the bathroom.I definitely recommend this flat and I will definitely book this flat again if I go again to Paris.

Good location
Great location for a stopover. Imagine if you were heading into Paris or Disney the location is perfect given the proximity to the rer.

Pleasant
The property has all the amenities needed, the host was very welcoming and lives in the apartment upstairs so if there’s anything urgent he is there to help. There’s a free parking like 100 meters away from the property, and paid parking right in front of the property.
1. Location. Driving to Paris center takes 1 hour. If you are lucky and there’s no traffic then it’s 40min, but that’s only if you drive early in the morning or late during the night. 2. Beds. It’s going to be a stretch for 5 people. One person was sleeping on the air mattress, and sofa bed was not comfortable because the middle part of it was broken I think.

Great stay with value for your money if you have a car
The stay had all the facilities it had listed on its page. The apartment was quite spacious and clean. The host was very welcoming and could speak English (which is a rarity for Paris). He lives upstairs and is just a phone call away. He had some espresso capsules available for us at the stay which was very kind and many more other things to be used like shampoo and soap. They were very prompt in answering our questions. There was a supermarket and bakery just 200m down the road.
The stay is located near Chenay Gagny RER station on the Magenta "E" line in Zone 4. The train tickets are quite expensive. For the 5 of us a day ticket costed about 70€!! (Zone 1-4) I would prefer getting an accommodation inside the city if you want to visit the city often. Even for Disney it would be better to stay on the A train line. Moreover this line becomes very infrequent towards the night. We had trouble getting the train back in night because of the confusing train system. We had to take a taxi couple of times back which was very hard on the wallet. I just don't want anyone else to face the trauma we had to face with the trains. I would recommend this place if you have a car. The parking didn't seem to be such a hassle nearby. -The toilet didn't have a wash basin, so you had to go extra to the bathroom to wash your hands. -The spring bed sofa wasn't the most comfortable to sleep in.
