Location in centre of town
Outdoor terrace overlooks a kitchen of a restaurant. I received a message from owner requesting copy of my passport but was out of range as I was hiking so didn’t receive this message until later in the day, owner proceeded to send another message advising he had removed access to property as passport details had not been received. Once I was back in range I received the request for passport and sent straight away. Perhaps a reminder message is more appropriate than an aggressive message basically telling me I was locked out would be a better way to deal with customers who have paid a lot of money to stay at your property
