Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am Strand und beim Zentrum, und trotzdem ruhig.

Apartment im 1. Stock, Zugang wettergeschützt über breite Stiege; Küche des Apartments voll ausgestattet, sogar Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden; große Balkone jeweils vom Schlafzimmer (Morgenseite) und von der Wohnküche (nicht einsehbar, da im 1. Stock); Moskitoschutz bei beiden Balkontüren inkludiert; Lage ausgesprochen gut: große Abstellflächen für Autos direkt beim Haus; Sackgasse, daher kein Durchzugsverkehr; sehr ruhig (trotz Campingplatz zwischen Haus und Strand); in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei den Stränden, in 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt Möglichkeit Auto nach check-out noch länger kostenfrei beim Haus abstellen zu können (baden, Essen)
