The apartment is located in a convenient and quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized — qualities that initially gave us high hopes.

Unfortunately, the overall experience turned out to be disappointing. Certain restrictions — such as being forbidden to use the barbecue and the air conditioning when not physically present in the apartment — significantly compromised our comfort and freedom. After expressing our concerns, we were offered access to a kitchen in the annex for grilling, but on the agreed evening, the space was unusable: infested with ants and littered with abandoned food scraps. The owner was not available, and the following morning she dismissed the issue with a brief “I'm sorry.” The next day, presumably realizing our dissatisfaction, she offered us a homemade strudel — a kind gesture, but not a solution. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also lacking: we had to purchase essentials such as toilet paper ourselves, the hairdryer provided was in poor condition (luckily we had our own), and some kitchen items, including pan lids, showed visible mold. Other minor details — not mentioned here — contributed further to the impression of a poorly managed rental. With a bit more attention to guest needs, the stay could have been considerably better.
