Excellent location, right downtown and close to everything. The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet.

Communication with the company that was running the management of the condo was very poor. We called and left a message and no one called us back. We were told the day before arrival that the washing was broken and it was not fixed or replaced during our stay. The company did agree to refund us $200 to compensate for this inconvenience.

Perfect location and central to 2 train stations

Beds could have been more comfortable.

Great location, spacious and light

Didn't like how we had to walk 7 mins each way, to pick up the key from a Ezimart, and drop off there when checking out, was only told this once I'd booked and paid. Also very disappointed that for 4 adults staying five nights there were only 2 coffee sachets. I get better than that in a very cheap motel. And why have a Nespresso machine if you don't provide enough pods for a least two nights.. basic Air B n B stuff.

L appartement est très bien situé, très calme, suffisamment spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 4 personnes.

La douche parentale n était pas propre ( joints très sales et poils à l entrée de la douche). Le lavabo de la chambre des enfants était bouché, l eau s écoulait très mal. Les instructions de tenue de l appartement sont données via un QR code dont le site était innacecible. Pas de bouilloire électrique et sèche-cheveux défectueux.
