The beach is not nearby. It’s like 10 minutes of walking,2/3 minutes by the car.

Excellent Location: The village is very well located — close to Marina and New Alamein — and surrounded by everything you might need. Honestly, you may not even need to leave the village! Restaurants, supermarkets, and bike rentals are all within walking distance. Nice Environment: There's plenty of greenery throughout the village, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden has a lovely swing, which added a nice touch to the outdoor space. Water Activities: We enjoyed having access to both a clean pool and a beautiful lagoon, which were great options for relaxing and swimming. Great Facilities: The air conditioner and refrigerator were brand new — still had the stickers on them — and worked perfectly, adding real comfort to our stay. Responsive Staff & Owner: Any issues were resolved quickly. Ahmed, from the team, was very supportive and ready to help whenever needed. The owner was also extremely helpful and cooperative, always making sure we had what we needed. They even provided us with visitor cards, which made access easier and more convenient.

Chalet Essentials: The chalet was spacious and well laid out. Kitchen utensils were limited, and while pillows and bed linens were available, they need more attention in terms of cleanliness or quality. Storage and Furniture: Some wardrobes were not clean, and a few had damaged or broken sections, which made us hesitant to unpack. The bed covers, and baskets could use upgrading for improved comfort. Water Quality: The water was salty — possibly to avoid frequent cuts — and we had to use bottled water for brushing teeth and making food, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location 2 min to the sea 1 min to the super market. Chalet got everything you need. Would love to book here again

I had an enjoyable trip at a good price. Although I didn't have direct contact with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, who handed me the keys, was very polite and respectful. He ensured everything was well set up for us and frequently offered assistance throughout our stay. The price was reasonable compared to other units. The villa is spacious, with plenty of beds (suitable for 10 people), and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The villa is well-equipped with quality furniture and electronic appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine, TV, air conditioners, and fans). Resort: There are several markets, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby, offering everything you might need at reasonable prices (around 0-15% higher than regular prices).

The cleanliness of the villa was lacking, especially in the bathrooms and closets. Kitchen utensils were very dirty; luckily, we brought our own. The AC in the reception area was not working. However, the other three ACs functioned well, with one being brand new. Privacy in the garden is not the best. There is no fence around the villa, and while short trees are used to provide some coverage, they don’t fully ensure privacy in the outdoor area. The rooms' lighting was poor. Resort: Beach access requires a fee, and at times, they insist you rent an umbrella. The beach is about 90% rocky. Tap water is slightly salty, which is common in the North Coast. You'll need to buy mineral water for drinking and cooking.
