Everywhere you can find a solution, the villa owner is really professional to arrange all guest's needs, she even cares about guest's safety by providing first aid kit with 140 items included !!
The villa is well maintained, all facilities are working properly.
Bedrooms furniture is modern & comfortable
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Back-up water supply is ready.
Special thanks to Mr. Ali for his support & supplementary supplies upon arrival.
Free beach & pool are perfect & so near to the villa.
Seating area needs more comfortable sofas
Dinning table would be replaced with more safer table for kids (It has a big unfixed glass top)

What we liked most is the support and responsiveness of the owners to resolve all of our concerns and comments.
The Location is very close to the beach with a lovely sea view from the upper floor.
The villa is very well equipped with almost everything: Microwave Cooker Dishwasher Fridges Water Dispensers and ACs.
WiFi, Board Games and TV with Netflix and beIN sports are available.
Shopping Mall, Super Market, Cafes, Restaurants are just a walking distance away.
Minor comments that you might encounter during check-in in any other 4-5 stars facility. All were resolved same day by the on-site staff with a great follow up by the owner.
The resort Pool is a bit small, and you have to pay for the pool aqua park

Location is great, very close to the beach and swimming pool. Villa was very clean with all equipments like microwave and espresso machine😃. wifi and Netflix was great additions as well. Penthouse balcony on top floor had incredible view. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Water heater not functioning on the penthouse bathroom.

Stunning view, calm neighborhood.
Cleanliness was my main issue: lots of amazon packages everywhere, unnecessary stuff all over the house, especially under the stairs, very old furniture( the master room), bedsheets not clean at all, showers weren't clean at all. Honestly overrated and overpriced, the villa had a stunning view, host was very friendly and flexible and allowed us a late check out however, the villa looked better in pics to me and the furniture was very basic and very old, in addition to the poor cleanliness. All these makes it overrated to me.
