The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is outstanding, with an amazing sea view, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free.

The only issue we experienced was that one day we returned to find our apartment door unlocked. We immediately contacted Mr. Nour, who was very responsive and said he would review the security cameras. Unfortunately, he later informed us that the camera footage from our floor was no longer available. Thankfully, when we entered the apartment, everything was in place and nothing was missing. Despite this incident, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.

السكن عبارة عن شقة في بناية قديمة جدًّا، ولكن الشقة مجددة وتفي بالغرض. 🏘️👍 لا يوجد استقبال بل حارس بواب للبناية. 🚪💂‍♂️ والدخول يكون عن طريق كلمة المرور للباب. 🔑🔒 الموقع على كورنيش الإسكندرية. 🌊🏖️ سكنتها في شهر ديسمبر وكان الجو غاية في البرودة، ولكن وجدنا في الشقة دفاية كهربائية أدت الغرض بالقدر الكافي، 🥶🔥 والسعر كان لثلاث غرف مقبولًا في غير موسم الذروة. 💰🛏️ ويفصل السكن أمتار عن مركز سان ستيفانو بلازا، ويوجد تحته سوبر ماركت ومقهى. 🛍️☕ ولكن صورة البناية هي لبناية سان ستيفانو وليست صورة البناية التي توجد بها الشقة، حيث إن البناية قديمة. 🖼️🏛️ ولكن بشكل عام من الداخل هي مجددة ولها بلكونة تطل على البحر. 🌊 أدت الغرض بالنسبة لي. ✅😊.. The accommodation is an apartment in a very old building, but the apartment itself is renovated and serves its purpose well. 🏘️👍 There is no reception desk; instead, there is a doorman/security guard for the building. 🚪💂‍♂️ Entry is via a password-controlled door. 🔑🔒 The location is on the Alexandria Corniche, directly by the sea. 🌊🏖️ I stayed there in December, and the weather was extremely cold, but the apartment was equipped with an electric heater that was sufficient. 🥶🔥 The price for three bedrooms was reasonable, especially outside peak season. 💰🛏️ The accommodation is only a few meters away from San Stefano Plaza Mall, and there is a supermarket and a café underneath the building. 🛍️☕ However, the building photo shown is of San Stefano building, not the actual building where the apartment is located, as the building itself is old. 🖼️🏛️ Overall, the apartment is renovated from the inside, has a balcony overlooking the sea, 🌊 and met my needs. ✅😊
