The area where the flat is located is quite, with good services, shops and nice restaurants/bars. The house is fully furnished with excellent wifi, TV, coffee machine, a fully operational kitchen, air condition (I did not use it as it was November). Located at the second floor of an old building, equipped with a lift, the flat is easy to reach.
The bathroom is really small and the shower can be tricky for big sizes. Cleanliness was not perfect, despite bed linen and towels were immaculate. Central lights in the bedroom were not working and only the ones on the bedside table were ok. Parking in the area is a nightmare, very difficult to find a spot and majority of spots are for residents only.

Falta de comunicación. Debimos llamar cuando llegamos porque no habían enviado el link con el acceso. El contacto que figura en la app no era de quien se ocupa del chekin. Faltan elementos de limpieza en cocina y luz en el dormitorio. Avisaron de un retraso en el chekin pero no dieron nuevo horario. Tampoco explicaron bien sobre el tratamiento de la basura.
