This is a fantastic place to stay in Split! Everything - the kind host, the modern well equipped appartment, the great location literally 10 min walk to old town with free parking on the street, the nice breakfast right in your room are all total winners for me and i strongly recommend this place! Thank you for your hospitality! :)
The only thing that drove us crazy and is the reason i give 9 instead of 10 is the slamming of the door from 6am. No idea who or why - whether other guests, people who live in the building or some staff, but please either put some anti slamming system on the door OR at the very least a big sign asking people to hold the door.

It's a very small room with a bathroom. It's very simple, but clean and the owner (or person in charge) is attentive. A good option for those who just want a place to spend the night and then leave.
