Pleasant peaceful weekend away!

It was perfect size for my husband and I! We went to fish and relax and thought it was great for the 2 of us. There was a propane grill and we cooked out both nights.

Areas for improvement or constructive criticism: The pictures show it being a short walk to the bay, but the picture of the bay on the page has a sign up stating private property, so the bay is inaccessible from the property as all costal properties are privately owned. Fortunately we asked around and public fishing spots are a short drive away. Just know you cannot walk to the bay from the property. Also, the couch was very stained. We put towels down to sit on the couch.

Cute, cheap location- not worth $200 a night

The location is great- very close to the ocean and to other attractions, restaurants etc.

The pictures make it seem like you have the entire house- you don’t- it’s the “lower” apartment. It also seems like you have a huge (enclosed) backyard to yourself- it’s not- it’s shared with the neighbor. The pier with the “dice” on a at the end of the street, which is very close but the pictures are misleading. The unit was cute but small- there was no toilet paper, mold on roof in the living room and no A/C- just window units. I paid almost $200 a night which is not worth it for me had it not been that it was my first time in this area.
