The fact that I had booked this apartment months in advance. I messaged the apartment contact on the morning of staying, to get a WhatsApp message saying there has been a gas leak in the apartment. Later on that morning I messaged the apartment contact, to ask it was definitely a gas leak to then get a reply of " yes thats what I told him ". Couple minutes later she deleted the messages, and put " yes thats correct ". DO NOT TRUST THESE!

Comfortable and clean
The property is a nice large three bedroom house with comfortable bedrooms. It was in a good location for us to drive to London the next day. It was also very clean.
The host/manager did not contact us, we had to contact them to get instructions on how to get into the property.

Avoid
This is the first time I have faced this kind of problem. We rented the house for my team's job in Aylesbury. Everything was great until last week. One of my team finished their job, and the second team was planning to start, so we emptied the house for the second team. However, the host did not allow us to come back and stay, and she let it to someone else. We could not stay at the house we paid for.
