Close to everything in Nimes

Great central location close to everything in Nimes. The main bed is comfortable.

The bathroom, around toilet in particular, was a bit cramped and could be hard to access for older people. I guesss the flat being on the fourth floor, it would not be recommended for anyone who cannot climb stairs easily. The extra bed (for a third person) is not very good and not nicely located.

Fourth floor walk up but Great Location!

Location was perfect.Would not stay again because of the stairs.

The stairway to hell. I could only manage to leave every other day,but once outside it was in a great location. Close to everything. The French people in the area were very friendly and polite. For an old historic area it was Clean. The streets were maintained and trash removed. We enjoyed our stay. Address could have been marked better

L'emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre ancien et proche des arènes.

Escalier et arrivée dans le logement 'très maison de ville ', chaleur sous les toits (mal isolé). Mais clim efficace.

Emplacement idéal

L’emplacement de l’appartement. Proche de tout. A 2 pas de tout. Un emplacement idéal. L’hôte laisse un classeur à disposition pour donner des idées sur les différentes activités proposés par la ville, ainsi que pour les restaurants. Elle est rédige très bien ses messages et explique tellement tout correctement, que tu n'as pas de questions à te poser ou lui poser.

Ce n'est que notre propre ressenti et malheureusement l’hôte ne pas rien changer à ça. La salle de bain étant sous les toits, si tu es grand, ce n'est vraiment pas confortable. Mon conjoint pour se préparer et prendre sa douche, se sentant à l’étroit. Le balcon est dans une cours intérieur, avec un vis à vis impressionnant sur les voisins, ce qui peut être gênant. Encore une fois, l’hôte ne peut rien y faire. Mais c'est quand-même bon à savoir.

Gute Lage. Bequemes Bett.

Unmögliche, steile, unsaubere Treppe in baufälligen Zustand. Auf Zwischenetagen Unrat und Abfälle in den Fensterausbuchtungen. „Exterieur“ ist ein sehr schmutziger, ebenfalls baufälliger Mini Balkon, den man bei allem Wohlwollen keinem Gast zumuten kann. Das Bad hatu keine Standhöhe für einen 1,86m grossen Gast, die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang o.ä. Die AC ist ein mobiler Apparat, von dem man den Schlauch mit der warmen Abluft einfach ins Fenster klemmt und nach draussen leitet :(

Schönes Wochenende im Herzen der Altstadt mit Besuch der Arena zum Event "Romulus"

Sehr zentrale Lage. Es sind nur 5 min bis zur Arena oder zur Maison Carré. Man schaut über die Dächer der Altstadt von Nimes. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen.

Ja, wenn die Treppen nicht wären. Ist aber ohne Gepäck dann halb so schlimm. Was eher störte war der Dreck, der sich im dritten Stock angesammelt hatte. Möglicherweise wird von den Nachbarn der Hund auch nicht ausgeführt, der mehrfach bellte. Die Terrasse bzw. der kleine Balkon sieht nicht so vertrauenswürdig aus und wurde daher von uns auch nicht benutzt.

S'il faut en trouver, l'emplacement central.

La salle de bain en sous-pente très mal exploitable (se brosser les cheveux debout devant le miroir est impossible, les voisins ont vue plongeante sur la douche...), les parties communes sales et mal entretenues, l'extérieur qui n'en est pas un du tout, limite dangereux, la mauvaise qualité des équipements (cuisine absolument pas pratique, pas de mousseur à l'évier, douche assurée, contorsion obligatoire au dessus du vide pour attraper les verres etc, TV mais inutilisable si on ne vient pas avec ses propres codes de plateformes de streaming...), l'odeur désagréable dans les parties communes et l'appartement.
