Чистая квартира, хорошее расположение у озера, дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин

Новый дом, почти идеальная чистота, все необходимое есть, отличное местоположение недалеко от АВ Сайран, метро, рядом проходит множество автобусов, рядом парк озера Сайран (можно прогуляться), в доме супермаркет, кофейня. Хозяева - милейшие люди, встретили поздно вечером, проинструктировали как что. В студии тепло. Телек, интернет - как надо.
Отделка в студии - бюджетная от застройщика, мебель и обстановка под сдачу , в озере Сайран не было воды (декабрь не сезон видать), сложности с парковкой (как и везде в Алматы - приходится тулить где попало)
