Самый большой плюс-большая кровать с мягким матрацом ( для нас это было важно) и удобное расположение( метро, торговый центр, кафешки/ресторанчики
Я бы назвала эту квартиру УЮТНАЯ, НО НЕУДОБНАЯ (( Очень много НЕдоделок -душ нельзя повесить, сломан/ туалет нормально смывает только если отодвинуть крышку и нажать куда надо(( / сиденье на туалете кривое, неотрегулированное / окна -дешевые, плохо задерживают шум с улицы, изщелей дует / кресло-красиво на картинке, на самом деле-продавленное))), неудобно пользоваться. В ванне висит зеркпло с подсветкой , догадайтесть ЧТО не работает? Подсветка!!))) Муж хотел ванну принять-так просто НЕ ПОМЕСТИЛСЯ в ней( рост 175 см), для кого она-непонятно? Мне тоже неудобно было в ванной(( (( На кухне-все по минимуму. Полотенца для рук не нашли даже. Вазы нету для цвктов. Какие то салфетки маленькие только были. На балконе -хранятся пыльные сломанные стулья - ???
